Mike van den Bosch is President and Co-owner of Bosch Services Ltd. Born into a family with a proud tradition of quality construction, Mike got his start early — working alongside his father from the time he was young enough to hide in the back of the truck.

After completing Mohawk College’s business program, Mike built his experience managing new home construction with Monarch Corporation in Burlington’s Millcroft community and Bronte Woods in Oakville, and later with Mattamy Homes in Burlington’s Alton Village.

Today, Mike brings that experience — along with a lifelong respect for quality craftsmanship — to every Bosch Services renovation. With his son Jaxson now part of the Bosch team, that family tradition has come full circle, carrying the values of craftsmanship, care and pride in a job well done into a third generation.

Outside of work, Mike is a passionate mountain biker and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Mike takes personal pride in every project — and proudly puts his name on the finished product.

Sharon Clarke, Design Manager for Bosch Services

Sharon Clarke, Design Manager

With her degree in Interior Design and many years of experience working with architects, developers, and contractors, Sharon Clarke brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Design Manager at Bosch Services Ltd.

Raising a family while working in different countries highlighted for Sharon the importance of maximizing the potential of a home environment so it can be functional, practical, and beautiful. She helps guide clients through the renovation process and is prepared to offer as much or as little assistance as they need to develop plans and make selections. Her goal is to make the process as easy as possible while ensuring fixtures and finishes are ready for the project start.

Sharon loves space planning and is happiest when she can take an out-of-date main floor layout, reimagine it, and put it back together in a way that is better than the customer could have imagined. She is also happy to help with paint colours.

She enjoys swimming, skiing, and playing with her granddaughter. She usually has some kind of DIY project going on around the house she designed and built with her husband.
