On Schedule
We guarantee your project will be move in ready on our committed completion date!
Full project schedule will be provided prior to project start.
Weekly emails will be sent during your project to let you know what we have accomplished for the week and the schedule for the upcoming schedule.
Protecting Your Home
Rubber runners, drop sheets and/or paper will be laid from the entry way to the work area to protect your floors.
During the renovation, plastic will be draped over furniture, your front door and jamb will be protected, and wood placed under the disposal bin for driveway protection.
The work area will be kept neat and orderly throughout the renovation.
Quality Work
Corners will not be cut! We have checks in place to inspect each step of the renovation to ensure relevant building codes and our high standard of quality are met.

Pre-Renovation Consultation
We will hold a pre-renovation meeting to ensure you are well informed of what to expect with your upcoming renovation. Our checklist includes details about home access, working hours, schedule of trades people, and project timeline.
Final Walk Through
Upon completion, we will do a walk through with you to discuss maintenance and care of your new space.
Any remaining items will be identified and addressed!
Post-Renovation
