Renovating your home is a major undertaking and can disrupt your family’s daily routine.  Over time we have developed renovation practices to help minimize disruption and keep you satisfied throughout the process.  At Bosch Services our entire team is committed to this First Class Guarantee:

    Pre-Renovation Consultation

    • During this time, we want to ensure you are fully informed - our team will review our pre-reno checklist including expectations for home access, working hours, schedule of trades people, and project timeline. 

    Protecting Your Home

    • Rubber runners, drop sheets and/or paper will be laid from the entry way to the work area to protect your floors. Plastic will be draped over furniture as required or requested.

    • The work area will be kept neat and orderly during working hours.

    Respectfulness

    • We recognize that our work area is your home – and we will ensure your privacy is treated with the utmost respect.

    • We maintain a strict non-smoking policy – our team will not smoke in your home or on your property.

    • Professional and clean language will be used by our team.

    Quality Work

    • Corners will not be cut!  We have checks in place to inspect each step of the renovation to ensure relevant building codes and our high standard of quality are met.

    Communication

    • Questions, comments, concerns – we want to hear them! An open line of communication is important for everyone.

    • Phone and emails are the best means of communication. Text message can easily be overlooked – emails allow our team to effectively address your needs. 

    Incorporating Extras and Changes

    • Throughout the renovation, you may see an opportunity to add something extra or make a change.  Let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.  All changes will be listed on a change order form to keep our team informed.

    Final Walk Through

    • Upon completion, we will do a walk through with you to discuss maintenance and care of your new space.

    • Any remaining items will be identified and where feasible, completed within one week.

    • Feedback is most welcome at this time – we continually strive to be better and want to know how we can improve!

    Post-Renovation

    • As time passes there can be settlement in the new material.  Although we carry a 1 year warranty on all our work and want to ensure you’re happy before then.  We will contact you within the first year to ensure we’ve held up to our high standard of quality and that you – our customer - still love your new space!
